Go to the police department and report identity fraud or something. some one could be pretending to be you- or even stole your credit card.
Also, contact your bank and notify them about it. Does this VERY SOON b/c identity fraud can be very bad, and very hard to take care of. The sooner, the better.
I’m assuming this is mail in your mailbox and not emails. You need to contact those companies and find out what the deal is. I had the same thing happen. Luckily I had an old lease to show where I was living at the time and got it cleared up. If it’s a case of identity theft, you need to first get a police report and it may take an attorney to get further action.

If you are getting real mail and they have the right information about you then dont waste time about contacting the three major credit agencies. They are very helful. Call Experian, Equifax and TransUnion.
