I have a Bank of America Checking account. I am overdrawn by about $100. My Child Support gets direct deposited, so it will pay off the owed balance. But it is going to be another week until that happens. In the meantime I am about to get my first unemployment check in the mail. Can I cash this check at the bank with out them taking the money for the account? Or do I have to go to a check cashing place and pay them to cash it until my account is caught up?
